Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; we are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Delivery time is estimated to be between 2-14 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed the same day, though high order volumes may cause delays. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day, provided the items are in stock.

Once orders are dispatched from Hi Tech Rotary Performance and collected by the shipping provider, they are under the carrier’s control. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur and are beyond our control.

For security reasons, we do not ship to post office boxes (for both Australian and International orders).

DIRECT DEPOSIT & CARD SECURITY

If you choose Direct Deposit, banking details will be provided on your tax invoice and at the end of the online checkout process. Payment will need to be cleared prior to shipping.

Hi Tech Rotary Performance is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from fraudulent or unauthorized use of a customer’s credit card.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Hi Tech Rotary Performance will consider exchanges if notified within 7 days of receiving goods. You must contact our team and receive return authorisation. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Custom, made-to-orders components are generally non-refundable unless required by law (e.g., faulty items). Shipping costs and any fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind or incorrect orders.

Faulty items must be authorised before return to qualify for a refund.
